Raglan community council has about ten members. They meet up once a month and discuss the quality of life for the Raglan residents such as the state of the roads, speed of the traffic, crime in the area and also they look at any amenities which Raglan should have and discuss any planning applications - Click here for more information.
Raglan Music Festival is a not for profit community event open to visitors and performers of all ages and musical tastes. Now in its seventh year the Festival continues to grow in size, scope and quality featuring a wide range of musical styles from Rock to Blues, Jazz, Classical, Choral, Children's Workshops and Open Jam sessions.
The Festival's Charter aims to actively encourage the performance of live music in all its forms.
